Account Executive (US)
SwiftSKU is a YC-backed technology startup transforming the $650B convenience retail industry. We power over 3,000+ gas stations and convenience stores across the U.S. with tools that simplify operations and drive profitability. Our back‑office platform handles reporting, analytics, and price book management while automating scan data rebates for major CPG brands like Altria, RJR, and many more.
Qualifications
Proven success managing full‑cycle sales from prospecting to close
Consistent achievement of 6‑figure annual sales quotas or higher
Experience conducting outbound prospecting, leading demos, and closing multi‑decision‑maker deals
Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
Experience selling to both small business owners and enterprise clients
Ability to manage a robust pipeline and forecast accurately in a CRM
A proactive, competitive mindset with a drive to exceed goals and grow within the organization
Requirements
2–5 years of full‑cycle sales experience with a strong track record of hitting or exceeding quota
Experience selling to small business and enterprise‑level clients
Highly organized, motivated, and comfortable in a fast‑paced startup environment
Strong negotiation, follow‑up, and relationship management skills
Willingness to work on‑site, 5 days a week in our Manhattan, NYC office
