Overview Off Campus Partners, a CoStar Group subsidiary, is the leading provider of off‑campus housing websites for colleges and universities. With partnerships at more than 150 top universities, we simplify the off‑campus housing experience for students and property managers nationwide.
Responsibilities
Lead and coach the Off Campus Partners sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive growth in the student housing sector.
Identify, prioritize, and win new student housing client relationships while managing and expanding existing client portfolios.
Collaborate with Apartments.com and internal teams to deliver integrated solutions, maximize client value, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Develop annual sales plans, provide feedback to management, and recommend process improvements.
Travel 30‑40% to universities, conferences, and client sites as required.
Qualifications
Three or more years of recent successful experience in a high‑transaction sales environment, consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
Experience mentoring, coaching, or managing sales teams of at least three professionals.
Proficiency in Excel and proven leadership capabilities.
Strong presentation skills and ability to conduct virtual meetings (WebEx, GoToMeeting).
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
Student housing, multifamily, or higher‑education experience.
Track record of exceeding sales goals in a high‑growth company.
Flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
