Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results‑oriented Lead Sales Representative to join our team. As a Lead Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with key clients, and exceeding sales targets. This is a commission‑only position with uncapped earning potential and opportunities for bonuses and career advancement.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in assigned and new customer accounts.
Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements to optimize sales processes.
Direct the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Perform market research to identify new potential customers and market opportunities.
Provide timely and effective solutions that are aligned with clients' needs.
Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and effective product launches.
Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and new product launches, ensuring the sales team is well‑informed and equipped for success.
Must be willing to cold call, email, and meet propects
Qualifications
Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Solid customer service attitude with exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel as needed.
A self‑starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed in a fast‑paced environment.
Valid Driver's License
