What you’ll do and the qualifications below reflect the role as described in the posting. What You’ll Do
Qualify prospective insurance agencies, ensuring they are collaborative partners that exceed production requirements Drive the appointment process of qualified agencies, minimizing contracting and setup time and accelerating time to production Onboard and develop new agency partner relationships, leading agency onboarding and training existing producers Conduct business reviews with agency Principals to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability Troubleshoot and resolve partner issues of a technical and transactional nature Solicit feedback from Producers on how our technology platform and insurance coverages can better meet their needs, and work with Product to implement enhancements Leverage Producer relationships to create additional sales opportunities Earn variable sales compensation for meeting and exceeding growth and customer satisfaction targets Contribute to advancing the state of the habitational insurance industry Basic Requirements
2-5 years of experience in a full-cycle or post-sale support capacity partnering with customers of insurance or B2B SaaS products Experience supporting customers through the full digital B2B product journey (implementation, education, technical support, billing, etc.) Ability to identify and prioritize high-potential partners while disqualifying misaligned prospects Aptitude to resolve customer issues of both technical and transactional nature Thrives in a startup environment with collaboration, follow-through, and a positive can-do attitude Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and ability to work with diverse thinking Experience or knowledge of the insurance industry is helpful but not required Must live in Texas and work hybrid out of the Austin office 3 days/week OR live in the Kansas City area and work remotely Travel up to 25% of the time Benefits
Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 Variable: $18,000 - $40,000 Health benefits Employee options grant 401K Flexible paid time off Paid national holidays
