In our world, “high ticket” is any product priced at $10k or above. We seek top sales talent to close these deals. A high‑ticket role requires a combination of high‑quality leads, fast sales cycle, large order size, a rich commission structure, and solid training – all of which WFS Group provides.

Position Overview The role is a closer position that primarily uses inbound scheduled sales calls generated by marketing. You’ll carry prospects through WFS’s proprietary selling framework, manage your pipeline, and maximise revenue. No outbound cold‑calling is required, but you need the drive to follow up on additional opportunities.

Responsibilities

Consistently increase product knowledge through the sales training center.

Participate in daily sales syncs via Zoom to study call game tape and strategise around the pipeline.

Follow the WFS proprietary selling framework to progress leads through the sales process.

Conduct deep, question‑led discovery conversations to identify challenges, pain points, and urgency.

Build and maintain relationships with leads using a consultative sales approach.

Deliver persuasive Zoom presentations that highlight core benefits and value.

Achieve or exceed sales quotas and targets consistently.

Adhere to CRM best practices for lead management, follow‑up, and accurate forecasting.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for a seamless sales experience.

Display WFS core values to contribute to a high‑performance culture.

Requirements

2+ years of high‑ticket or consultative sales experience with a proven closing record.

Effective communication and presentation skills.

Self‑starter with a strong drive for success.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Excellent people skills and rapport‑building.

Experience with CRM systems.
