Please Note: This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week. Additionally, employment with BambooHR is contingent on passing both a background and credit check.

As an Account Executive 2 - CA/LATAM (Canada/ Latin America) at BambooHR, you will play a key role in driving sales by building relationships with potential clients and managing the sales process. This role is part of our international team focusing on growth in Canada and Latin America. Your role will focus on generating leads, identifying client needs, and working with the team to close deals. You'll also contribute to maintaining a strong sales pipeline and meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.

You Will:

Prospecting & Lead Generation:

Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outreach and networking.

Sales Pipeline Management:

Maintain an organized pipeline and track progress using our CRM system.

Customer Needs:

Understand client needs and present tailored BambooHR solutions to solve their challenges.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to move deals through the sales process.

Negotiation & Closing:

Assist in negotiating deals and moving prospects to a close.

Continuous Learning:

Stay informed about product updates and market trends to improve sales performance.

What You Need to Get the Job Done:

Experience:

2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS sales. Prospecting/cold calling experience is a plus.

Sales Tools:

Familiarity with CRM systems (like Salesforce) and basic sales tools.

Goal-Oriented:

A track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas. Your success in a quota-carrying sales role will demonstrate your ability to meet or surpass targets.

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present product demos.

Drive & Persistence:

A strong desire to succeed and the ability to manage objections and push through challenges.

Teamwork:

Ability to collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals.

Coachability:

Willingness to learn from feedback and improve your sales approach.
