Base pay range $21.00/hr - $24.00/hr
Our client, a major national nonprofit focused on impact finance and advisory services, is seeking
two Sales Concierge Coordinators
to join their team. In this role, you’ll support the Home Loan Mortgage queue and help ensure every member enjoys an exceptional experience. You’ll also assist Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) with non‑licensed activities, acting as a trusted member advocate who upholds the organization’s core values.
**Please note this is an hybrid, 6-month contract based in Frisco, TX. Pay will be $21-$24/hr.**
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support the mortgage queue to ensure timely responses to member inquiries
Utilize the mortgage origination system to review files and address member questions
Communicate clearly and professionally with members, reflecting the organization’s culture and values
Handle unique member situations and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency
Support compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
Proactively identify and elevate potential issues, offering recommended solutions to drive operational success
Collaborate cross‑functionally to enhance performance and process improvements
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
2+ years of customer service experience (mortgage, consumer credit, or lending preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
Self‑motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Professional demeanor and strong organizational habits
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
Ability to adapt quickly to change and embrace new processes
NMLS license preferred, but not required
