Construction Sales Account Manager Join NYCOM as a Construction Sales Account Manager in the Metro NYC and Long Island area. This full‑time role is based in New York City.

Job Summary As a key representative of NYCOM, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers across your designated territory. You will build strong relationships with architects, general contractors, and project owners, ensuring they receive exceptional support throughout every phase of their construction projects. Your expertise will guide clients in product selection, design considerations, and project planning to identify the most effective solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop new business and strengthen customer relationships within the Metro NY area.

Drive strategic growth by identifying new opportunities, forming long‑term partnerships, and staying abreast of laboratory construction market trends.

Balance remote day‑to‑day work with travel and client visits across the five NYC boroughs and Long Island.

Apply strong negotiation and consultative selling skills to close deals.

Requirements

4‑year college degree.

3+ years of experience in construction or sales.

Strong computer skills and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

Strategic thinker with a proactive, customer‑focused mindset.

Financially driven.
