What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Own and exceed a personal quota of $1M in new annual recurring revenue (ARR)
Independently manage the full sales cycle, from lead sourcing to contract execution
Maintain accurate opportunity records and provide weekly sales forecasting
Serve as a subject matter expert on Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and CareMessage’s value proposition
Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and support implementation efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
5–7 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, including 3+ years in healthcare or public health
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas of $800K+ annually
Experience closing complex deals in the $50K–$250K ARR range
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to documentation
Proficiency in HubSpot (or similar CRM) and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with EMRs and clinical workflows (e.g., Epic, OCHIN, NextGen)
Experience working with PCA/HCCN networks or community health partners
Fluency in technical sales concepts, including integrations and health IT terminology
Experience gathering customer success stories or testimonials
