Responsible for USM sales growth objectives of SkyParts, building and maintaining order/sales volume and profitability across all supported product lines. Identify, capture and execute direct sales to end‑users. This role will play a critical part in expanding market presence, executing customer‑focused initiatives, and supporting revenue targets. Essential Functions

Ability to travel, work extended hours and coordinate customer visits. Oversee our USM pricing strategy in alignment with our channel partners and internal pricing teams. Build and maintain relationships with end‑users and key market partners to ensure growth for SkyParts and our channel partners. Responsible for developing and maintaining key customer relationships. Develop pipeline/target account lists to grow market dominance. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a successful sales growth track record. Leverage network with end‑user purchasing teams to drive direct sales growth. Collaborate with internal cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales initiatives. Monitor market trends, customer feedback and competitor pricing/activity to inform sales tactics and positioning. Maintain accurate records of activities, forecasts and opportunities in the company’s CRM systems. Conduct sales calls, prepare and perform presentations, and perform other sales and marketing functions as required. Attend industry trade shows, sales meetings, and special events as required. Host and coordinate customer visits. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or relevant field experience. 3–5 years sales experience in the aviation USM industry is preferred. Customer‑facing/field experience with strong professional network. Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and growth generation. Preferred Additional Skills

Understanding of the Aviation USM market dynamics, customers and key operators. Self‑motivated to drive growth. MS Office experience is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to travel, up to 50%, including international travel as required. Seniority Level
