Account Executive
to drive client engagement, grow accounts, and provide exceptional office design and furnishing solutions. This
full-cycle sales role
blends strategic business development with hands‑on client management—perfect for someone who can balance long‑term strategy with attention to detail.
What You’ll Do:
Own and grow client relationships, identifying new projects and expansion opportunities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering guidance, product expertise, and tailored solutions.
Conduct regular check‑ins to ensure client satisfaction and uncover upsell opportunities.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Pursue new business through prospecting and qualified leads.
Conduct needs assessments and present design‑driven furniture solutions.
Manage complex sales processes, including quoting, collaborating with design teams, and overseeing order fulfillment.
Partner with project managers and installation teams to ensure seamless execution.
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive offerings, and best practices.
Provide product demonstrations and client training as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand client needs and recommend effective solutions.
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
