Dual Corporate Sales Manager
Welcome to the role of Dual Corporate Sales Manager! In this role you are responsible for driving revenue growth for two hotel properties by developing strong client relationships, executing strategic sales initiatives, and proactively identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a dynamic, results-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills, a strong grasp of corporate and government sales strategies, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive Corporate & Government sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals for both hotels.
Proactively prospect, qualify, and secure new business through cold calling, sales calls, networking, and market research.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, key accounts, and business partners to drive loyalty and repeat business.
Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Create and implement promotional initiatives to support revenue objectives and expand market reach.
Represent the hotels at industry events, tradeshows, and community activities to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Collaborate closely with Revenue Management and Operations teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and seamless execution of client needs.
Monitor competitive activity and adjust strategies to maintain a strong position in the market.
Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, account documentation, and market analyses.
Collect and report customer feedback to support ongoing improvement and service excellence.
Work in partnership with other sales teams within the organization to maximize total account potential and leverage cross-property opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field experience.
2–4 years of hotel sales or hospitality sales experience; dual-property experience a plus.
Proven success in proactive sales and achieving revenue targets.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Delphi, Hilton systems, or other CRM/sales platforms preferred.
Ability to travel locally for sales calls, events, and client meetings.
Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
