We're on the search for a

Key Account Manager

to join our remote Beverages sales team. This position is eligible to work remote within the United States. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, this position will oversee key account volume/share goals, spending budgets and results (Distribution, Price, Promotion, and Points of Distribution within chain). You will be expected to develop productive business relationships with assigned accounts, develop solutions that resonate with customer needs while achieving GHOST goals, and help promote best practices by producing excellent results while maintaining a positive/solution-oriented mindset.

The Deets

Grow GHOST sales and share at key retailers across the United States

Secure new item support and increase GHOST points of distribution

Secure display programming and drive strong execution in stores

Hold leadership position in buyer call preparations and presentations

Maintain customer focus to proactively identify opportunities to improve service to the customer, quickly and effectively responds to customer problems, partner with other functions/department to meet customer needs.

Clear and consistent communications/interactions with wholesaler partners, fellow GHOST associates, and key retailer stakeholders

Identify sales and share opportunities using data and develop/execute action plans to close gaps

Leverage understanding of key business drivers, such as customers, consumers, competitors, and company, to get results

Understands and anticipates how business plans and actions will impact both GHOST P&L and the customer financially

Ability to negotiate with key retailers to maximize volume, distribution, display space, and in store customer experience with GHOST

Takes action to proactively resolve issues and identify improvement

Creatively develop and sell in GHOST in store programming in a way that resonates with the customer's needs. Ensure all promotions are accompanied by POS and incremental displays

Conduct quarterly business reviews to update all retail partners on business, channel competition, and opportunities

Manage, maintain and optimize a retail chain budget for all key assigned accounts

Qualifications

Must have Club experience - Costco, Sam’s Club, or BJs

5 years of sales experience in a retail, broker and distributor sales environment (in the beverage or CPG industry)

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Demonstrated track record of sales management achievement

Proven knowledge of broker, distributor and retail customers

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with customers and brokers; ability to collaborate at all levels

Excellent at managing time, priorities and expenses

Quickly and effectively adapts to new environments and develops rapport with others

Able to work independently while being a team player

Proficiency using Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
