Field Residential Sales Representative — Training and Warm Leads Provided

Role overview: Join a field sales team selling residential services door-to-door. You will work routed warm/hot leads, canvass assigned neighborhoods, follow a simple sales playbook, and close at the doorstep. This role fits coachable, energetic communicators who are comfortable on their feet and focused on daily results.
Paid training with shadowing and ride-alongs plus weekly coaching sessions
Mapped routes and warm/hot homeowner leads to reduce cold canvassing
Tablet quotes, scripted talk tracks, and objection flashcards
Daily route sheets, heat maps, and quick pricing references
Documented growth path (Team Lead / Manager-in-Training)
Key responsibilities:
Canvass assigned streets and engage pre-scheduled warm/hot leads
Perform brief needs assessments, present appropriate plans, and close on site
Record doors, conversations, demos, and closes; maintain zero backlog daily
Coordinate installs/activations and confirm appointment windows at the door when possible
Report common objections and successes during daily and weekly team huddles
Qualifications:
Strong face-to-face presence and comfort with scripts and repetition
Persistent, organized, and reliable with a positive attitude
Comfortable using a smartphone and CRM; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Compensation: 1099 contractor role, commission-only with a paid training bonus. Commissions are uncapped with weekly and monthly incentive opportunities. Typical on-target earnings range from $40,000 to $60,000+ depending on consistency and territory.
