Crowley Webb
Base pay range: $45,000 – $60,000 per year.
Overview Crowley Webb is looking for an account executive to serve as a critical link between the client and the entire agency team. The account executive is responsible for serving as the client’s voice within the agency when executing advertising campaigns and ensures the client’s goals are met by aligning the internal efforts of various teams (creative, media, PR, and analytics) with the proper campaign components (print, web, broadcast, etc.).
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary day‑to‑day liaison between the agency and its clients for all ongoing projects.
Communicate with clients on a daily basis in a professional, efficient manner.
Meet client demands and expectations while ensuring internal teams are prepared to execute accordingly.
Follow up and maintain current work in progress across various agency departments, ensuring projects are on time and on budget.
Maintain a thorough understanding of client’s industry, target audience, and competitive set.
Lead and/or participate in client meetings and conference calls.
Collaborate with account leadership on billing and account profitability.
Work with account leadership and other key team members in the strategic planning process to confirm the right approaches, messaging, and tactics are being considered.
Process internal job open forms, job change forms, and other information requests.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or marketing, or comparable work experience in a relevant field.
Two to five years of work experience within an agency setting.
Understanding of (or willingness to learn about) data protection regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR) and commitment to confidentiality.
Demonstrated ability to learn, adapt to, and effectively utilize new AI‑powered tools, platforms, and methodologies as they emerge.
Proficiency with computer software such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Drive.
Detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
Ability to prioritize workload and effectively manage timelines and deadlines.
