Regional Sales Representative – FSM & Payment Software Territory Sales Manager Locations: CA, AZ, TX, FL (Field-Based). This quota-carrying role focuses on selling to small and mid-sized businesses in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades. What You’ll Do
Sell directly to contractors (25–75 employees) using a consultative approach Generate leads via outreach, distributor referrals, and marketing Run product demos and close deals across the full sales cycle Work with CRM tools to manage pipeline and report results Represent the brand at industry events and collaborate with internal teams Proven B2B sales experience (FSM or payment software preferred) Strong closer with excellent communication and organization Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to exceed goals Compensation
Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $138,000.00/yr Compensation includes base plus commissions with OTE of $138,000 - $158,000. How to Apply
