Serve as the primary field contact for channel sales teams in your region Onboard and train partners’ new sales reps, ensuring fast ramp-up and confidence Build strong, regional-level relationships to enhance brand presence in the field Monitor and report on regional pipeline health, ensuring strategic deals are supported Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align execution and share insights What is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of channel or distribution partner management experience with a proven track record 3+ years of direct selling experience in a high-activity environment Strong understanding of channel sales models and innovative solutions Proven success in training and motivating sales teams Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a hands-on approach How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
