Assist customers by reserving storage units that meet their individual needs
Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound calls
Maximize monthly commission through effective sales techniques
Collaborate with team members and leaders for personal and professional development
Maintain proficiency in using Microsoft Windows applications for daily tasks
What is Required (Qualifications)
Experience in sales or customer service
Ability to connect and communicate effectively over the phone
High school diploma or GED
Must pass a background and drug screening
Availability to work some weekends

Previous experience in a sales or customer service role within a similar industry
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
