
Overview
This role is with a half-century-old furniture company that provides turn-key design, project, and logistical services to schools. They are looking for a Field Sales Manager to join their team near Queens, NY. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of outside sales experience, live near Queens, and have experience with furniture. This role is remote, but the person in this role will travel within their territory during the week. We are looking for someone who resides near Queens, The Bronx, Long Island, or Brooklyn.
Responsibilities
Travel daily within your territory (Queens, Bronx, Long Island, and Brooklyn) to meet with clients
Set appointments, build rapport, manage projects, construct quotes, manage expectations, and drive revenue
Work with schools to offer custom furniture for their needs
Maintain a current long-standing client base and proactively identify new opportunities
Qualifications
At least 3 years of outside sales experience
Salesforce experience is a plus
Furniture background is a plus
Must be able to go to Woodcliff Lakes, NJ for onboarding
Must be comfortable traveling during the week to meet with clients

Salary:
The anticipated salary range for this position is between $75k and $80k with additional commission.
