What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Drive new sales acquisition of SME businesses through aggressive prospecting and documentation
Conduct deep discovery sessions with CFOs and Procurement Leaders to provide customized travel management solutions
Manage a sales pipeline to achieve goals and articulate client needs to internal partners
Develop and deliver compelling presentations that highlight the value proposition of the employer's services
Maintain and expand business relationships through networking and effective communication with decision-makers
What is Required (Qualifications):
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a SaaS or travel consultative environment
Advanced proficiency in pipeline management and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
Strong financial acumen to understand profit and loss statements and articulate program benefits
Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to different situations and recover from setbacks
Willingness to travel up to 50% within the designated territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in consultative sales within the travel industry
Strong networking skills with a history of building referral sources
Ability to document and communicate the ROI of proposed solutions effectively
Familiarity with compliance and internal business requirements related to client experiences
