About the Role We are looking for an SMB Account Executive to manage high‑velocity sales cycles and act as an advisor to Rippling customers. The role involves full consultative sales, closing revenue, and partnering with the AM team to ensure a smooth transition to the platform.

What You Will Do

Collaborate with customers to understand their unique challenges and guide them through product configurations and decision‑making processes.

Manage pipeline in Salesforce to ensure accurate revenue forecasting monthly and quarterly.

Close business and consistently achieve quota attainment.

Become a product expert across the entire platform and understand our competitive landscape to deliver targeted demos.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product, solutions engineers, sales development, and compliance, to influence product development.

Manage the entire client engagement cycle—from initial consultation through implementation and ongoing relationship management with the AM team—to ensure a seamless and successful customer experience.

Run sales calls with a short deck presentation and detailed product demo.

Work closely with the CSM team to ensure a smooth transition for new customers.

What You Will Need

BA/BS Degree.

3+ years of sales experience in SaaS B2B markets.

Experience carrying a $600 K+ annual quota.

Proven track record of success (top 10% in sales organization).

Previous experience selling HRIS/HCM software and/or security‑related products.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits This role offers a competitive salary + benefits + equity. The base salary for US‑based employees is aligned with the following range: $160,000 per year (Tier 1). Commission is not guaranteed.
