Sales Representative
Location: 9171 Louisiana, Merrillville, Indiana 46410. This position is based in the United States.
TruGreen seeks a Field Sales Representative to be the welcoming face out in neighborhoods, meeting homeowners face-to-face to introduce them to personalized lawn care solutions.
What You’ll Do
Engage new and existing customers through door-to-door outreach with professionalism and energy.
Customize sales messaging to match each household’s lawn care needs.
Turn “just looking” into “just signed” using a proven sales methodology.
Log interactions and track performance using a CRM.
Cross-sell and upsell lawn care services.
What You’ll Bring
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous sales or customer service experience a plus; passion and hustle valued.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong communication skills.
Time management and self-starter mindset.
Comfortable with technology and mobile devices.
Physically able to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 pounds outdoors.
Ability to speak, read and write English fluently.
You must be physically located in the United States while performing this job.
