What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and manage a specific Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) territory to increase market share
Drive sales of medical products to ASC customers through strategic planning and account targeting
Address customer concerns promptly and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution
Implement company strategies and tools to enhance market presence and sales performance
Collaborate with various sales teams to meet the evolving needs of customers in the healthcare industry
What is Required (Qualifications)
Valid driver's license is mandatory
Minimum of 0-2 years of field sales experience
High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in healthcare or operating room settings is advantageous
Demonstrated ability in client prospecting and account management
Passion for sales and a track record of exceeding sales targets
Strong presentation and public speaking skills
Ability to resolve complex issues effectively
