What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and manage a specific territory focused on Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) to increase market share
Drive sales of surgical products to ASC customers through effective strategy development
Respond to customer concerns promptly and communicate issues to relevant departments
Plan and implement strategies using company programs and resources to enhance market presence
Coordinate sales activities with team members and attend medical conventions and training programs
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must hold a valid driver's license
Minimum of 0-2 years of field sales experience
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Healthcare knowledge is preferred but not required
Operating Room (O.R.) experience is preferred but not required
Goal-oriented with effective time management skills
Passion for sales and a drive for continuous improvement
Ability to build partnerships both internally and externally
