What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and manage a specific Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) territory to increase market share
Drive sales of surgical products to ASC customers through effective strategy development and account targeting
Respond to customer concerns in a timely manner and communicate issues to appropriate departments
Plan and implement strategies using company programs and resources to enhance market share
Coordinate sales activities with various team members to meet customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must hold a valid driver's license
Minimum of 0-2 years of field sales experience
High School diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Healthcare knowledge is preferred but not required
Operating Room (O.R.) experience is preferred but not required
Goal-oriented with effective time management skills
Strong presentation and public speaking skills
Ability to build partnerships at all levels within the company and externally
