We are seeking a Sales Manager to take our successful sales team to the next level. This person must like managing people and leading by example. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with being uncomfortable on a regular basis and empowering others to drive team success. They must be independent, confident, firm, and proactive. This person will need a proven track record of success and a "whatever it takes" attitude. This role requires the highest levels of accountability and ownership. Compensation:
$150,000 - $180,000 OTE Responsibilities
