Fully Onsite Position Summary The Event Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue for Cardone Ventures through a dual focus on inside sales and event sales execution. In this role, you will master the sales process at every stage of the client journey — from high-volume outbound prospecting and ticket sales, to building relationships and closing high-ticket deals at Cardone Ventures events across the country. This position is ideal for someone with strong sales acumen, a passion for events, and the ability to thrive in both fast-paced phone sales environments and dynamic live event settings. Providing an outstanding client engagement experience by identifying pain points and presenting the right solutions. Closing both low-ticket (Elite Edge) and high-ticket (10X360, Platform Review, and advanced programs) sales opportunities. Mastering the sales cycle across multiple channels: outbound calls, virtual meetings, and live event interactions. Driving both volume (daily sales metrics) and value (event-based high-ticket closes) to achieve revenue growth. Building long-term client relationships that lead to high retention, referrals, and future opportunities. Objectives – Client Success (Inside Sales)

Make 200+ outbound calls daily with a minimum of 2.5 hours of talk time. Engage prospects via phone, email, and creative outreach (video messages, gifts, etc.). Sell event tickets by highlighting benefits, outcomes, and alignment with client goals. Generate immediate sales while exceeding daily and weekly targets. Maintain accurate notes and pipeline tracking in HubSpot CRM. Master the process through asking quality questions, objection handling, and closing the sale. Objectives – Event Sales (In-Person Sales)

Travel between Scottsdale, Miami, and other event locations to represent Cardone Ventures. Network and build relationships with event attendees, converting them into clients. Present tailored proposals and negotiate contracts for high-ticket offerings. Meet or exceed sales goals by leveraging in-person rapport and consultative selling. Ensure smooth client handoff post-event, contributing to client satisfaction and retention. Competencies

Strong communication and rapport-building skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions. Ability to manage a high-volume outbound sales process while excelling at consultative event-based closing. Proven ability to hit and exceed sales quotas in both transactional and relationship-driven environments. Sense of urgency, resilience, and adaptability in fast-paced, high-demand settings. Negotiation and closing skills with both low- and high-ticket deals. Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred). Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends when events require. Education And Experience

GED or high school diploma required; further education preferred. At least 1 year of sales experience required (phone or event-based). Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk or computer. Ability to travel frequently and work extended hours during events. Weekend availability – 75%.
