Job Overview Compass Payment Services LLC provides fuel card solution services to trucking companies. We are seeking highly motivated sales professionals to accelerate growth.
Job Responsibilities
Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
Meet or exceed sales quotas as outlined by management
Qualifications
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Team player
Proficient with technology
Motivated by growth opportunities
Bilingual language fluency preferred
Familiarity with CRM tools preferred
Experience in the transportation industry preferred (not a must) – 1+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred
Compensation Base Salary + Commission Pay (performance based).
Job Type Full-time
Schedule 8‑hour shift
Work Location Hybrid remote in Clarendon Hills, IL 60514
