Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Strategy
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to exceed individual and team performance metrics
Identify new business opportunities and form new relationships to increase revenue
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, market conditions, and competitive landscape
Team Management
Recruit, train, and develop sales team members with focus on luxury sales techniques and product expertise
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and implement improvement plans as needed
Foster a collaborative, results-driven team environment that aligns with company values
Ensure sales team is accountable for good sales practices regarding customers and orders
Customer Relationship Management
Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts, including luxury home builders, interior designers, architects and partners
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained throughout the sales process
Handle customer escalations and complex negotiations for high-value transactions
Represent the company at luxury home shows, trade events, and industry networking functions
Requirements Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 5-7 years of sales management experience, preferably in luxury goods, appliances, or home improvement industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in premium market segments
Experience managing sales teams of 5-15 people
Skills & Competencies
Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior and high-end sales processes
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
Leadership skills with ability to inspire and develop team members
Knowledge of luxury appliance products, features, and installation requirements preferred
