About Us
Cozmo AI builds voice-native AI Employees used by regulated enterprises to handle sales, collections, and support over the phone. We sell into insurance and other high-compliance industries where speed, accuracy, and accountability matter.
The Role
You will own the full acquisition cycle in the US market. You will build the outbound motion from the ground up, open new logos, run multi-threaded enterprise pursuits, and close net new ARR. You will partner closely with founders, forward-deployed engineers, and marketing to turn pilots into production.
What You’ll Do
Design and run the outbound engine Define ICPs and buying centers
Craft messaging, sequences, and talk tracks for persona specific outreach
Build our in-house AI SDR to scale volume, while you drive quality, personalization, and targeting
Create and advance pipeline Prospect daily, book meetings, qualify, map stakeholders, and build business cases
Lead discovery, ROI modeling, compliance alignment, data flows, and security reviews
Orchestrate pilots and success plans with FDE and solutions teams
Close new business Negotiate commercials and redlines, manage InfoSec, procurement, and legal
Run executive reviews and value confirmation, secure signatures, and hand over for activation
Feed back signal Share win and loss insights, objections, and product gaps
Collaborate on vertical playbooks, references, and repeatable case studies
Outcomes and KPIs
New ARR closed per quarter with target and accelerators
3 to 5x qualified pipeline coverage versus next two quarters quota
8 to 12 first meetings per week across targeted accounts
3 to 5 multi-stakeholder opportunities advanced to pilot per month
Forecast accuracy within plus or minus 10 percent at weekly cadence
Time to first pilot under 30 days for Tier A accounts, time to production under 90 days
Ideal Experience
4 to 8 years in A) Consulting OR B) roles selling software or AI into BFSI, healthcare, or similarly regulated industries
Proven builder of outbound motions, from zero to first ten customers, not only an inheritor of pipeline
Comfortable navigating InfoSec, procurement, and legal with US enterprises
Fluent in modern sales stack - HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Apollo, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and basic spreadsheets for ROI
