Assist customers by reserving the best storage unit to meet their individual needs
Provide exceptional customer service and support to incoming inquiries
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience
Maximize monthly commission opportunities through effective sales techniques
Participate in training and development programs to improve sales skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
Previous experience in sales or customer service
Ability to connect and communicate effectively over the phone
Proficiency in using Microsoft Windows applications
High school diploma or GED
Must pass a background and drug screening
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a high-volume call center environment
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to work some weekends as needed
Familiarity with self-storage services or related industries
