Position Overview
Intoximeters, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to manage workplace safety, law enforcement, and other government entities across a multi-state territory in the South-Central Region. This is a B2B sales role, responsible for building and nurturing relationships with government agencies, corporate clients, and occupational health companies.
We are looking for candidates with experience in law enforcement sales, lab or medical device sales, or instrument sales. The candidate should live within 30 miles of Austin, Dallas, or Houston, TX, and be willing to travel up to 50%.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing B2B clients, including law enforcement, workplace, and other government entities.
Drive sales growth and expand market share in your territory.
Provide product training and sales support for clients on breath alcohol instruments and drug testing equipment.
Attend local and national trade shows as required.
Collaborate with the Director of North American Sales to develop regional sales strategies and account plans.
Maintain CRM systems with accurate customer, opportunity, and account information.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including government tenders.
Qualifications
Proven success in B2B sales, territory management, and full sales cycle ownership.
Experience in law enforcement sales, lab or medical device sales, instrument sales, or lab sales.
Strong background in closing deals, pipeline management, and sales strategy.
Ability to present products and solutions to executive-level clients and large groups.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
Lives within 30 miles of Austin, Dallas, or Houston, TX.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Preferred Experience
Prior sales experience with law enforcement, drug testing equipment, or analytical lab devices.
Familiarity with government and occupational health accounts.
Demonstrated B2B relationship-building skills and ability to identify new market opportunities.
