Experienced Auto Sales Consultant

What You’ll Do:
Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized service.
Confidently sell new and pre-owned vehicles while exceeding monthly sales goals.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and clearly explain vehicle features and benefits.
Present customized sales proposals that align with each customer’s preferences and budget.
Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact to test drive to final delivery.
Follow up after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Represent the Jim Shorkey brand with professionalism and pride.
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to stay sharp and informed.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Fluency in Spanish and English
– bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply!
Minimum 2 years of auto sales experience (preferred).
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong vehicle knowledge and confidence in closing deals.
Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Availability to work daylight, evenings, and Saturdays.
