As a Remote Field‑Based Regional Sales Manager, you will lead Territory Sales Managers (TSMs), develop and execute strategic business plans, and manage dealer and producer accounts across Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky.

Compensation & Benefits

Salaried position with a complete benefit package.

Compensation range $120,000 – $135,000, plus standard benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k)). Final compensation varies based on skills, responsibilities, location, and other factors.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Provide support and direction to TSMs for promotion planning, new product introductions, product training and support, consumer seminars, field calls, and customer‑relations‑management reporting.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Lead Central Region sales team to increase sales of all Kent Nutrition Group products through dealer channel, direct to farm, and other appropriate channels.

Drive profitability in the region.

Identify open markets and establish new distribution.

Track tonnage, division results, and promotion sign‑ups.

Plan and implement impactful sales blitzes, meetings, and performance reviews.

Education, Experience, and Qualifications

BS degree in agriculture or business‑related field.

5+ years of related work and management experience.

Proven ability to lead a highly motivated sales team.

Strong project‑management skills with ability to meet deadlines.

Results‑oriented, goal‑motivated team player.

Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication, and direct‑sales experience.

Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Travel Requirements

Up to 70% travel; field‑based position requiring regular travel with TSMs, visits to large customers, and execution of regional sales meetings.
