The tree manager / sales role involves educating customers on tree health, assessing properties, providing detailed estimates for services like pruning and removal, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing the sales process from lead generation to project completion. Key Responsibilities
Educate customers on tree health and arboriculture Assess properties and provide detailed estimates for pruning and removal Build and maintain client relationships; manage the sales process from lead generation to project completion Coordinate and supervise the tree crew daily Requirements
Valid Driver License with a good driving record / DOT Strong knowledge of plant health care, tree biology and arboriculture Sales: Prospecting, client consultations, proposal writing, closing sales Arborist: Tree evaluation, diagnosing plant abnormalities, recommending remedies Benefits
