is seeking an

Account Executive

to join the team in the Sacramento/San Francisco territory. This position will be 50% remote / 50% out in the field in the

Los Angeles

area and is not office-based.

The account executive is responsible for actively identifying and engaging new clients while strategically nurturing and expanding relationships with existing ones. With a focus on maintaining consistent client contact, the account executive uses time effectively, develops targeted territory plans, and adapts to feedback. Frequent travel within the territory is required to provide exceptional customer service and prospect new clients. This role aims to surpass company revenue objectives and client expectations.

offers a fast‑paced team atmosphere with competitive benefits (medical, vision, dental), paid time off, and 401(k). The pay range is approximately $100,000 base + commission.

Essential Job Functions

Client Acquisition and Management: Proactively identify, engage, and secure new clients while expanding relationships with existing ones, demonstrating a hunter mentality and strategic thinking in account management.

Sales Strategy and Performance: Develop and execute territory plans informed by market and client feedback; analyze competitive landscapes and adapt strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas.

Client Engagement and Representation: Lead client engagement efforts, emphasizing face‑to‑face interactions; represent the company at industry events to bolster client relationships.

Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively within the sales team and across departments to drive initiatives; provide insightful updates to sales leadership.

Professional Development and Compliance: Commit to continuous learning to enhance sales skills and market knowledge; ensure adherence to industry standards and company policies.

Additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or sales, OR at least 3 years of experience in outside sales with a focus on territory planning and client engagement OR a comparable combination of education and experience.

Valid driver’s license required.

Frequent travel within the territory to provide exceptional customer service and prospect new clients.

Technical and analytical skills: Proficient in CRM software, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

Teamwork and ethical conduct: Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain high ethical standards.

Adaptability and commitment to continuous professional development; ability to meet deadlines and deliver high‑quality work.
