Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and meet revenue targets Manage and mentor a remote sales team, setting clear goals and KPIs Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, builders, architects, and distributors Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and campaigns Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and partners Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting Report on team and individual performance Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan Develop and execute innovative sales strategies Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) 5+ years of sales experience in construction materials, preferably stone or concrete pavers Proven track record of leading successful remote sales teams Strong understanding of hardscape products and installation processes Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong leadership qualities Ability to build rapport with clients Job details
