What You Will Do
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach and networking
Build lasting connections with clients, partners, and community members
Present our restoration services with clarity, empathy, and confidence
Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and materials
Represent Restoration 1 at industry events and trade shows
Track sales metrics and client feedback to improve outreach strategies
Continuously refine your sales techniques and strategies
What You Bring
Proven experience in business development or sales (restoration or construction industry preferred)
Existing connections in plumbing, property management, HVAC, or insurance industries are highly valued
A natural gift for communication and relationship-building
Self-motivation and independence with strong follow-through
Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a friendly, persistent approach
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
High school diploma required; degree in business or related field is a plus
