Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative, you will be the face of our mission: helping families and businesses recover from unexpected disasters with compassion, speed, and professionalism. We are looking for someone who thrives on building genuine relationships, works independently with purpose, and finds fulfillment in helping others during their most vulnerable moments. What You Will Do: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach and networking Build lasting connections with clients, partners, and community members Present our restoration services with clarity, empathy, and confidence Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and materials Represent Restoration 1 at industry events and trade shows Track sales metrics and client feedback to improve outreach strategies Continuously refine your sales techniques and strategies What You Bring: Proven experience in business development or sales (restoration or construction industry preferred) Existing connections in plumbing, property management, HVAC, or insurance industries are highly valued A natural gift for communication and relationship-building Self-motivation and independence with strong follow-through Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a friendly, persistent approach Valid driver's license and reliable transportation High school diploma required; degree in business or related field is a plus Why Join Us: Restoration 1 of Leavenworth is built on trust, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.
