Position Overview As a Sales Executive with LoopNet, you will represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with top owners and brokers to develop digital marketing strategies for their property portfolios. Your success relies on building long‑lasting, service‑focused client relationships and advising on product frequency, reach, and ROI using proprietary analytic tools.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management – Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on all matters related to their strategic marketing plan.
Business Development – Prospect new clients to drive sales and close new business using CoStar Group’s extensive property data.
Teamwork – Partner with colleagues across LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject‑matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate, and market trends within your territory.
Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding support through regular, value‑added communication, sharing market insights and offering solutions that help clients achieve their goals.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit university.
4+ years of successful full‑cycle sales and account management experience in a B2B environment selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, financial securities, business intelligence, or data & analytics.
Demonstrated commitment and track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas with a customer‑experience focus.
Current and valid driver’s license; satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Abstract check.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building long‑term relationships and partnerships while engaging with senior/C‑Suite clients.
Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and provide strategic recommendations based on market data, trends, and performance metrics.
Access to an operational motor vehicle and ability to travel by car, potentially outside the driving radius of your office.
Self‑starter who can work independently and within a team in a high‑growth environment.
