Summary
The Administrator - Planning & Strategy is responsible for managing the operations of subsidiaries, supporting company-wide planning activities, and driving key strategic projects in collaboration with other departments and external partners. This position will take the lead in—or provide support for—major planning initiatives, cross-functional collaboration tasks, and operational efficiency projects.
Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of organizational strategies
Collaborate with other departments to execute strategic projects
Assist in enterprise-level planning tasks and documentation
Support project management activities, including scheduling, issue tracking, and risk management
Support business decision-making through analysis of sales trends, financial reports, and operational data
Develop and maintain business models, demand forecasts, and scenario analyses
Identify risks and gaps in planning assumptions and propose improvement measures
Collaborate with other departments in strategic planning and budgeting processes
Conduct research and prepare documents and proposals related to planning
Support the monitoring and reporting of subsidiary operational performance
Collect and organize KPI and performance data
Prepare presentations and report for executives
Provide support for ad-hoc or special project
Strong understanding of business performance metrics and financial concepts
Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills
Demonstrated experience using planning and reporting tools
Other duties as assigned
Compensation
$64,000-$70,000/Year (Subject to Compensation once Candidate is selected)

Education & Experience
Bachelors Degree Required
5 - 8 years of Direct Experience in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Logistics, or a related field Required
6 - 9 years of Direct Experience in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Logistics, or a related field Preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit in front of a desk and/or in front of the computer for long periods
Repetitive use of hand/grasping product, writing, and typing
Stand/walk
