Duties of this position include but are not limited to:
Answer customer inquiries about parts, fill order requests and sell parts across the counter
Issue parts to service personnel upon request
Ascertain make, year and type of part needed. Advise customer of part needed according to description by customer or service technician
Discuss use and features of various parts
Read catalog, service manuals or computer for replacement part stock number and price
Place orders with suppliers to fulfill customer requirements
Invoice orders upon completion
Requirements
Good communication, organization, time management, and mathematical skills.
2 Years Automotive or Forklift Parts Experience Required.
Self Motivation is a plus
Detail Oriented is essential
Microsoft Office Experience required
Desire to work hard and take care of the customer
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
