Business Development Representative

to join our growing sales team. What You’ll be Doing:

Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified meetings for the sales team. Manage and track leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and communication and conversion into sales opportunities.. Track key metrics such as conversion rates, lead quality, and outreach effectiveness, providing insights to improve sales processes. Engage with leads to understand their pain points, needs, and interest in the company's offerings. Research and identify target accounts, decision-makers, industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to refine sales strategies. Partner closely with Account Executives to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect interactions in Salesforce Test and optimize messaging, outreach cadences, and engagement strategies based on performance data. Provide feedback on lead quality and collaborate with marketing on campaign alignment. Schedule strategic meetings for senior Account Executives to pitch our solutions This role reports to the BDR's manager and compensation may land between 75000$ - 85000$ depending on-target earnings & experience. What You Should Have for the Role:

2-3 years of BDR/SDR experience in the tech, SaaS B2B companies. Proven success in outbound prospecting and lead generation Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and drive results in a fast-moving environment. Understanding of the customer lifecycle and revenue analytics. Experience using Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and/or other sales engagement tools.
