Bridge between customers and service technicians; clearly explain maintenance needs and build trust. Provide a welcoming experience, with a focus on Spanish-speaking guests to ensure confidence and care. Assist customers in scheduling service appointments and communicating service timelines. Support technicians by documenting customer concerns and service history in the DMS/CDK (experience a plus). Promote a positive customer experience and contribute to a team-oriented service department. Qualifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish) with fluent communication for a diverse customer base. Experience in customer service or automotive sales. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills. Tech-savvy with basic computer skills; CDK/DMS experience a plus. Positive attitude, team spirit, and professional demeanor. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening. About the role and benefits
