Senior Account Manager – Energy Commercial Lines, McGriff (Marsh & McLennan Agency)

Responsibilities
Conduct client coverage analyses and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
Identify and suggest new lines of coverage for existing clients.
Serve as a trusted leader and resource to colleagues and peers.
Stay current on coverage knowledge, carrier guidelines, underwriting practices, legislative changes, and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier representatives.
Support Producers and Marketing Account Executives in managing larger or more complex accounts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training.
5–7+ years of relevant insurance industry experience.
Appropriate insurance license.
Strong client‑relationship skills, excellent communication, service orientation, and tactfulness.
Leadership ability to provide direction, constructive feedback, training, and motivate the team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Capability to travel occasionally, including overnight stays.
Additional qualifications are a plus but not required:
Advanced degree.
Professional certification or designation.
Experience with Requests for Proposal.
