Property Manager – Lead, Inspire, and Deliver Results About The Role Smartland is seeking a driven and dynamic Property Manager who thrives on achieving results while creating exceptional living experiences for residents. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of Fair Housing regulations, and proven experience managing teams, budgets, and operations. Compensation $75,000+/Year (Base + Bonuses) What You’ll Do Operate the property within approved financial guidelines and budget Drive results by increasing income and reducing expenses Maintain strong occupancy rates Lead and supervise staff, including scheduling and delegation of duties Enforce company policies, ensuring compliance across all operations Report weekly and monthly performance metrics to the Regional Property Manager Build community with resident retention programs and appreciation events Oversee leasing operations and maintenance teams Ensure compliance with OSHA, city regulations, and Fair Housing guidelines Manage vendor relationships to maintain cost-effective operations What We’re Looking For Solid knowledge of Fair Housing regulations At least 2-3 years of property management experience Demonstrated leadership and staff supervision experience Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Google Workspace (AppFolio experience is a plus) What We Offer Competitive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Paid Time Off Opportunity to lead and grow with a respected property management company Supportive team culture with professional growth opportunities Work Location On-site, Greater Cleveland Metropolitan Area Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Management
