Key Responsibilities of the Property Manager:

• Oversee day-to-day property operations, ensuring efficiency and tenant satisfaction
• Manage leasing activities including marketing, showings, and lease execution
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of repairs
• Monitor budgets, track expenses, and assist with financial reporting
• Enforce lease terms and handle tenant relations, including conflict resolution
