Director of Finance – Investment Firm – RIA – $250k All In

Base pay range: $225,000 – $300,000 per year.
We are looking for an experienced finance leader to manage your budgeting, forecasting, modeling, tax, strategy, and financial statement creation. This unique role will own forecasting, budgeting, tax planning, reporting, capital planning, and regulatory monitoring to steward the financial lives of UHNW families and affiliated advisors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead development of forecasting models including cash flow, liquidity, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Own budgeting processes across entities and support long‑term financial planning.
Partner with the CFO on capital planning, reserve strategy, and inter‑entity funding models.
Prepare and maintain tax projections across entities and jurisdictions.
Oversee the tax compliance calendar and coordinate with external tax advisors.
Support entity‑level tax strategy and structuring in collaboration with the CFO and legal counsel.
Monitor legislative and regulatory developments affecting UHNW families and advise stakeholders accordingly.
Qualifications
7–10+ years at a public accounting firm or financial services firm.
CPA preferred.
Strong technical expertise in budgeting, forecasting, modeling, tax, strategy, and financial statement creation.
Strategic thinker with collaborative execution skills.
