Responsibilities
Partner closely with Controllers analyze and report upon job profitability and drivers. Support standardization and optimization of financial processes across entities. Prepare and present variance analysis with explanations of drivers and actionable recommendations. Lead the company’s forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes. Develop robust financial models to support scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and business cases. Analyze financial and operational trends to identify performance risks, improvement opportunities, and cost drivers. Deliver timely reporting and executive-level insights that support strategic and operational decisions. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA and/or MBA preferred. 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with demonstrated FP&A leadership. Strong financial modeling skills (required). Background in job costing, WIP, and project-based financial reporting
