Director of Finance

Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Controllers analyze and report upon job profitability and drivers.
- Support standardization and optimization of financial processes across entities.
- Prepare and present variance analysis with explanations of drivers and actionable recommendations.
- Lead the company’s forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes.
- Develop robust financial models to support scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and business cases.
- Analyze financial and operational trends to identify performance risks, improvement opportunities, and cost drivers.
- Deliver timely reporting and executive-level insights that support strategic and operational decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with demonstrated FP&A leadership.
- Strong financial modeling skills (required).
- Background in job costing, WIP, and project-based financial reporting
